Abnormal issues with using Copilot CLI in the folder synced by OneDrive

Describe the bug

The currently triggered environment: Using Copilot CLI in a code repository managed by Git within the files synced by OneDrive will cause OneDrive to continuously have a high CPU occupancy and frequently perform disk operations.

Affected version

copilot 1.0.22

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Locate the synced folder in OneDrive, specifically the code repository managed by Git.
2. Open Copilot CLI
3. OneDrive is continuously occupying the CPU and operating the disk.
