These Exclusive Rights originate with the BCCI, and the BCCI and its authorised licensees are entitled to enforce these rights. For your information, these Exclusive Rights have been granted to Jiostar India Private Limited (“Jiostar”) for the territory of the India subcontinent (“Territory”).
