Release 2.5.3 missing in Maven Central

Maven Central is missing the latest release 2.5.3. So most people will still use 2.5.2. Do you mind updating it to the latest release? I did not find a way to do it myself.

@miguelaranda0 Sorry to bother, can you please have a look or ping someone who can help here? I cannot update the conscrypt package for openSuse. Others can not use the release 2.5.3.
