Implemented a sloppy check for a malfromed dump

Only checks one file, but it's the final file the Toolkit extracts, so it should be evidence enough.

This is really just to curb repeated instances of the same question.

Frankly the Manager needs a rewrite, probably as part of Marathon some time next year.
