chore(submodules): bump nextgen-languages pointer (AHEAD drift)

Child HEAD already on origin/main (0 unpushed). Sole clean bump in
the developer-ecosystem drift inventory per 2026-04-18 cascade sweep.
Other drifted entries are either DIVERGED (HOL, launch-scaffolder)
or pointer-SAME-but-internal-dirt false positives.
