Coordinated submodule-pointer refresh across satellites/ tree:

  developer-ux: nickel-config-reporter, recon-silly-ation,
                rescript-evangeliser
  git-tools:    git-reunify, git-seo, gitloom, gitvisor,
                polysafe-gitfixer, vext
  repo-management: grim-repo, oikos, robot-repo-automaton,
                   robot-vacuum-cleaner
  scaffolding:  scaffoldia

Plus julia-ecosystem submodule + aggregate-library/flake.lock
refresh. All point at the current HEAD of each subproject as of
2026-04-17.
