Request to an Create Interchain App using Vite

Hi Maintainers

This is a humble request for you guys to create a vite_react version of both the create-cosmos-app and create-interchain-app using Typescript.

The current ones is being done with only nextjs which not everyone would want to use nextjs.

if this can be done as soon as possible, I will really be greatful.

I have a huge cosmos project I am working on and nextjs is failing in terms of large apps scalability and we had to port to vite_react.

Thank you for what you have done so for the ecosystem.
