Has anyone River at large organization level?

Hi Everyone,

Can I ask if anyone in this community have implemented Django-River at organization level please?

I am evaluating View-flow Vs River against our requirement, and it seems River is what our stakeholder want(on the fly changes)
However I am not able to see any updates on River repository in 4 years so wondering if its abandoned, or if it is still being used but the users are just maintaining it themselves in their respective repositories?

I have played around with fake-jira example implementation from author and it looks really good, i just need confidence that it will be reliable moving forward when implemented as workflow approach for a large Org like
