fix(types): add missing @types/json-schema and @types/uuid, fix JSON path type casts

Installs missing type declarations and adds `as any` casts to Prisma JSON
path filters that use MySQL-compatible '$.field' string syntax (from PR EvolutionAPI#2481)
instead of PostgreSQL's string[] format. Required for multi-database support.
