Consider using `just` over `tox`

We recently replaced tox with just in the execution-specs repo. It's not really a 1-to-1 switch but you can replace tox commands with just "recipes". It's a bit more flexible to work with while providing a better DevEx for external contributors (e.g. just lint, just docs, just fix, etc).

Feel free to close this if you're happy with tox - figured I'd open this in case it interests you all. Priority super low. Relevant PR in execution-specs here.

@fselmo @tcoratger if this is something you’d like to adopt, I’ve already put up a scoped PR here: #635.

It only covers the relevant migration pieces and keeps tox.ini as a compatibility shim for old commands. If you’d prefer not to switch right now, totally fine to close it out.
