9X60ek CONFIG_CONSOLE_INDEX > 0 no output

When CONFIG_CONSOLE_INDEX > 0, there are two definition problems in 9X60.
The content of static struct at91_flexcom flexcoms[] lacks regmap.
Another problem is that the value of usart_base needs to be at the offset AT91C_OFFSET_FLEXCOM_USART.
