open the app upon startup

feature: upon startup, allow the app to be started with its window maximised.

It's already possible to do so on Windows.

1. If you use the web version of the app : Install the web site as a web app
   For the web version, the method depend of your web browers, a lot of tutorials are available on the internet by typing "install web site as web app" +

2. Copy the shortcut icon of the app on the start folder
   the location is "%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup"

3. Check
   Normally, the app will automatically start itself on the next pc startup, you can manage this in the task manager app.

WeekToDo: installed from WeekToDo_2.2.0_amd64.deb via sudo dpkg -i WeekToDo_2.2.0_amd64.deb

running under linux here. the app starts up but minimised i.e. i have to click its icon on the system tray in order for the its window to show up.
