{Feature Request] Offline Map Tiles Usable in the MeshCore Apps

Heltec v4 OLED, MeshCore firmware 1.15.0 merged, MeshCore App v1.43.0

As an avid hiker/camper where there is no internet it would be great to be able to download and then store map tiles on the device and then be able to use them within the MeshCore App.
