[Issue]: Pen tilt only is in one axis

Describe the bug

I have a Redmi Pad Pro + Redmi Smart Pen combo, and I wanted to draw using my tablet connected via Moonlight to a Sunshine session streaming my PC. This works with a Samsung tablet using the S Pen - however, it seems that handling of pen tilt for this pen + tablet combination specifically is wrong, as it only tilts in one axis (the Y axis if I remember well).

Steps to reproduce

• Try pen in Mi Canvas, notice how tilt works (eg. use a pencil brush)
• Try pen in any software with a pencil brush (eg. Krita)
