I don't think amplifying recording and minutes is useful. They have little interaction compared to all other kind of content it's posted.

A summary of what was discussed, what are the key topics is probably more useful than just a generic message and the link.

Agreed; anybody who cares about this stuff can and will follow it on github.

I think often people care about the topic being discussed, but the video&minutes is not for ease of fruition.
