The easiest way is to copy the controller to app scope and replace all dependencies with recent ones.

And then:

App\Controller\Admin\SortableAdminController:
   arguments:
      $positionHandler: '@pix_sortable_behavior.position'
   tags:
      - controller.service_subscriber
