[Feature Request]: Move to Zensical

Feature Description

Short:

• mkdocs not really maintained
• mkdocs-material support stopping
• mkdocs-material people make zensical as replacement

How to test:

• pip install zensical
• zensical serve

Note: Only move to Zensical when they start stable(ish) releases!

This is only a collection of things to consider when transitioning.
To be checked when we do.

Observed Issues/Todos (please edit this post and add more issues you encounter):

• Move zensical settings from mkdocs.yaml to zensical.toml
• Color for the header must have a different name. Is white (light mode)/black (dark mode) now
• Collapsible admonitions not working (possibly different plugin in zensical?)
• Heart-Admonition (defined by us in the css): header background does not reach to the borders

Note: I've started work on this in a branch as Zensical is making progress fast. I'll keep track of remaining pain points there as well
