New deployment of guardian did not move to the new project on guardian monitoring

Describe the bug
I deployed a guardian from project A to project B. The deployment was successful. I checked the guardian on https://staging-guardian.rfcx.org/monitoring/. The guardian was still at project A.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Deploy guardian from Companion app in project A
2. Check on https://staging-guardian.rfcx.org/monitoring/

Expected behavior
The guardian moves from project A to project B

UK project just installed 3 guardians and they could not see them on monitoring.

This is a great example of finding good test cases. Nice one!

I think this should be fixed now. Can you test it in the next sprint please @koonchaya?
