after v1.6.1 window capture not working

since v1.6.1, win1020H2 windows capture can't work any more , display capture works fine

This is likely due to the change to use Direct3D11CaptureFramePool::CreateFreeThreaded instead of ::Create. On Windows 10, there was a bug where we smuggled COM proxies across threads, so capture objects made on the STA would blow up when called from another thread (the frame pool thread).

You'll want to undo the commit that made the switch (apologies, don't have it on hand) if you wish to use the sample on Windows 10. But Windows 10 is no longer in scope for this repo.

Wait, display capture works? I'd expect window capture and display capture to fail the same way...
