I recently came across a bibliography (in a PhD thesis) which has entries such as:

While CSL doesn't seem to have support for such things ("Cited on ..." with links), it would probably be doable, i.e. collecting pages where a citation occurs and generating the extra element in the references (whatever citation style is used) on a second pass. I would be a nice "advanced" feature.
For the record, I see that this feature was also discussed for Typst (typst/typst#1973 closed, but linking to other more general bibliography-related customization issues).
EDIT: And LaTeX has support for such things too (and checking the PDF metadata, the above-mentioned thesis was made with pdflatex. TBH, I am quite impressed how good it looks regarding the layout).
