ORCH — CLI runtime to orchestrate AI agent teams with state machine + TUI

Hey Superagent community!

Love the work here. I built something complementary — ORCH, an open-source CLI runtime for orchestrating AI coding agents as a structured engineering team.

While Superagent focuses on the AI product layer (memory, tools, APIs), ORCH focuses on the development workflow layer — managing multiple AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) working in parallel.

Core features:

• State machine: todo -> in_progress -> review -> done
• Mandatory review step before closing any task
• Auto-retry on failure with context propagation
• Inter-agent messaging and task hand-off
• Goal system: decompose high-level goals into parallel subtasks
• Teams: group agents into specialized teams
• TUI dashboard for live monitoring
