Description

The soil properties table for a soil starts with a row showing depth of 0-0

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create site at 32.25459, -106.76431
2. Note first candidate for Soil ID, "Harkey"
3. Enter texture "Sand" in the first depth
4. Return to Soil ID, see new lead candidate, "Anapra"

5. Select soil profile, and tap "Soil Series Full Description"
6. See issue

Expected behavior

See full description for "Anapra"

Actual behavior

See full description for "Harkey"

This looks like an issue with soil-id-algorithm similar to the issues in #293 --
Similar to Issue 3 in that bug, the sdeURL and seeURL being returned for Anapra1 from list_soils has the url for Harkey:

The problem is how the code is indexing the component names to construct the URLs:
