looks like the pipes was removed from the Python's Standard Library:

Because of the executor no longer works with i.e. with python 3.13

#22 and #21 have been proposed to resolve this. I don't intend this to diminish the project or its creator as I have benefited from it and appreciate the work, but frankly, this project seems dead and I am guiding my teams towards other options (either self-implemented and more minimal, or something like sh).
