Update transitive dependencies to fix 7 security advisories:
- aws-lc-sys 0.37.0 -> 0.39.1 (fixes RUSTSEC-2026-0044/0045/0046/0047/0048)
- quinn-proto 0.11.13 -> 0.11.14 (fixes RUSTSEC-2026-0037)
- rustls-webpki 0.103.9 -> 0.103.10 (fixes RUSTSEC-2026-0049)
- flate2 1.0.28 -> 1.1.9, miniz_oxide 0.7.2 -> 0.8.9 (replaces unmaintained adler with adler2)
