feat(ai-notice): Update AI content notice display and text

Change notice to appear at the start of posts and revise its wording
to clarify content is AI-assisted and author-reviewed. This helps
readers better understand the source and reliability of the article
before reading. Improve transparency and align with community
guidelines for AI usage.
