Summary

  • Add a Branching Rules section: branches must be based on main, never on another feature branch, and work should happen in the apps, apps-2, or apps-3 worktrees rather than the auto-created .claude/worktrees/ ones.
  • Add an Environments section clarifying there is no staging environment — only development and production. Documents web:dev vs web:prod and explicitly calls out that web:stage / staging.audius.co should not be referenced.

Test plan

  • No code changes — docs only

Document that branches must always be based on main and that work should
happen in the main repository worktree (never in Claude's auto-created
worktrees). Clarify there is no staging environment — only development
and production.
