There is a broken transitive dependency which, due to the general crappiness of npm, can sometimes appear.
Due primarily to "new" language feature support in browsers.

Theme watch would crash if there were lint errors.
This is not what we want during active development.
Also fixed (potential) broken NPM dependency.
