Update docs for Cloud2BR org rename

Summary

• replace repeated brown9804 header branding with the new Cloud2BR org link
• update the license holder name to the renamed organization
• update the GitHub Pages org catalog reference to the renamed org

Notes

• left two brown9804 repo URLs unchanged because those repositories do not currently exist under the renamed org and changing them would break a workflow link and a documentation reference
