With over 35 years in the IT industry as a practising technologist and architecture leader, I help organisations make informed, pragmatic decisions across cloud adoption, cybersecurity resilience, data and AI, and the modernisation of complex legacy estates. My approach positions Enterprise Architecture as a governance, assurance, and decision-enabling capability, allowing leaders to balance innovation, cost and risk while maintaining delivery confidence.
I operate effectively at board and C-suite level, translating complex technical landscapes into clear options, implications and recommendations. I am particularly valued for my ability to challenge constructively, demystify emerging technologies and ensure that technology investment aligns with business capability, operating models and regulatory obligations.
