XAF - How to create a custom Action with a custom control in XAF ASP.NET WebForms application

This example is unavailable in v25.2+ since we ended XAF WebForms & WinForms .NET Framework support in our v25.2+ release cycle. We also removed all XAF .NET Framework and legacy .NET modules/APIs, and older/deprecated Security System implementations from our source code.
