Summary

  • Add 7 planning and proposal documents under docs/proposals/ for team review
  • These capture design sessions, architecture options, and sprint planning for the remaining contract period

Documents

Document Purpose
issue-prioritization-q1-2026.md Sprint plan and issue triage — 97 open issues categorized into 4 tiers for 2 devs through June
mdr-tenant-isolation-cognito.md Technical proposal: PostgreSQL schema isolation + Cognito auth for self-serve demo
mdr-tenant-isolation-qa.md Q&A from design review covering risk, rollback, POC plan, and Aurora capacity
contractor-pr-triage.md Assessment of contractor PRs #813/#817 (both closed — functionality already exists)
generalize-mdr-schema-types.md Option A: Rename MDR type hierarchy (BaseLIF → BaseSchema, etc.)
simplify-mdr-schema-model.md Option B: Flatten MDR to remove type inheritance entirely
migrate-mdr-to-mongodb.md Option C: Move MDR from PostgreSQL to MongoDB

Test plan

  • Review each document for accuracy and completeness
  • Team discussion on prioritization and MDR architecture direction

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Add design proposals and planning documents for team review:
- MDR tenant isolation via PostgreSQL schema namespacing + Cognito
- MDR tenant isolation Q&A from design review
- Issue prioritization and sprint plan for Q1 2026
- Contractor PR triage assessment (PRs LIF-Initiative#813, LIF-Initiative#817)
- MDR architecture options: generalize types, simplify to flat model, MongoDB migration

Closing for now — going to regroup on which of the proposal docs are ready to share. The branch will stay around so I can cherry-pick the ones that survive review.
