Description
Starting to add support for application restriction authentication.
Context
A need to extend support beyond NHS Login (patient direct) authentication has come along.
We need to add additional schemes and auth headers to the proxygen configuration to support this.
This initial list may be reduced as we determine what is strictly necessary.
Allows to to examine APIM behaviour to ascertain the correct header requests to make.
