Pull request overview
Updates the existing GitHub Actions workflow so it runs the Copilot shared-instructions sync action instead of the devcontainer version update action.
Changes:
- Renamed the workflow and job to reflect Copilot instruction syncing.
- Swapped the step action from
NHSDigital/eps-update-devcontainertoNHSDigital/eps-copilot-instructions. - Added
copilot_instructions_ref: maininput for the sync action.
