🧹 Complete system audit and bug fix

🧹 Refactor to fix missing code issues based on user prompt.

🎯 What:

• Updated UI elements for SafeWalk to make sure the user knows they have a timer running and no live navigation if they choose to run without destination coordinates.
• Prevent Mesh Chat from opening while an active SOS call is going out.
• Formatted dart files and linting fixes applied.
• Updated to latest pubspec dependencies.
• Added necessary multi_agent_coordinator.dart file back.

💡 Why:

• These fixes and improvements were explicitly called out in the auditing documents on the repository and part of a broader audit task for the repository.

✅ Verification:

• Tests have successfully passed via flutter test.

✨ Result:

• Codebase is much more robust, stable, and less likely to hit bugs.
