Testing of script is ongoing within the CHX/sandbox container of which I should have write access, once validated and verified as a proper Tiled usage pattern i'd like to return to this. |

would like to add this to the system so i can run it as a prefect job. Once this is proven to work, I'd be able to with minor revisions set this as an end of run workflow as a backup/ housekeeping job for Q microscope runs when active
