Description / 描述
将过滤Markdown的逻辑移除后端转到前端实现。同时该选项仍然保留，用于控制是否关闭前端的过滤。
Motivation and Context / 背景
4.2.0之前使用的是solid-markdown渲染，由于无法更新且不方便修改插件，现已改为自行实现的unified来渲染markdown，可以在前端渲染的时候进行脚本过滤，无需后端用goldmark渲染成 html。
