In FLOPS,
PDISTcan be0or a float in the interval[1.0, 3.0]. We implemented only for values of1,2, and3. This PR extends it to any value between 1 and 3.For the case
PDIST = 0, there is no model using this option. It is skipped in this PR.Related Issues
