I have noticed that the basic planners, e.g. RRT and PRM don't work for some teams and wanted to include this in wiki for future teams to know their options. Thank you!

I've performed a comprehensive audit and applied the following fixes to align with project standards:

• Added missing YAML front matter (title and date) to wiki/planning/pilz-chomp.md.
• Converted H1 headers to H2 in wiki/planning/pilz-chomp.md to ensure proper markdown structure.
• Corrected the entry in _data/navigation.yml by adding a leading slash, removing the .md extension, and fixing list formatting.
