mark channels 3048 and 4405 as bad as they shorted on May 13, 2026

Description

Channels 3048 (East Induction 2, V) and 4405 (East Collection, Y) shorted together at about 3:48 AM CDT on May 13, 2026. They have RMS values of about 50, and the South East Y bias power supply tripped on overcurrent. HV experts are currently testing ramping with a higher trip limit.

The intersection of the wires on channels 3048 and 4405 is approximately at y=93.6 cm (0=bottom of TPC), and z=131.2 cm (0=south boundary of TPC).
