- Recognize (^$) as blocking COMPATIBLE_MACHINE default alongside null - Fix qemuarm override check to include :arm and :armv7 variants - Remove corretto/firecracker/jailer from THINGS_TO_EXCLUDE (filter handles them) - Add corretto mutual exclusion (keep only corretto-11-bin in default ptest set) Backport for scarthgap-next.

Backport of the COMPATIBLE_MACHINE filtering fix from master-next plus corretto mutual exclusion handling.
Fixes the false CI failures on arm32/riscv64 and corretto conflicts on x86-64/aarch64.
