Security bump for fast-uri not actually applied

The PR claims to bump fast-uri from 3.1.0 to 3.1.2 (a security release), but fast-uri remains pinned at 3.1.0 throughout pnpm-lock.yaml. The diff only updates unrelated transitive dependencies (@types/node, babel, browserslist, terser, webpack internals, etc.) while the targeted security fix for fast-uri (GHSA-v39h-62p7-jpjc and GHSA-q3j6-qgpj-74h6) is never applied. The fast-uri@3.1.0 resolution, its usage in ajv@8.18.0, and its snapshot entry are all unchanged.
