v3.7.162 (2026-04-02) is already available and pending in Renovate. It contains a Helm setup-helm CI action bump and including netdata-otel in restarter targets -- both are otel-related or CI-only changes, with no impact on this deployment. No regressions introduced in 3.7.161 that 3.7.162 fixes.

None identified. The upstream chart changes between 3.7.160 and 3.7.161 affect only the netdata-otel component (volume mounts and DNS policy).
