Segue minha solução para o teste. Acredito que o código está auto explicativo, pois utilizei variáveis de situação para organizar a legibilidade e entendimento do fluxo de operação. Basicamente implementei os métodos get_organization() e
get_organization_public_members() da integração com Github e o método retrieve da classe OrganizationViewset. Adicionei testes unitários para validar as funções e as resposta da API criada.
