Cette PR modifie la build pour déclencher la soumission vers le chrome web store de manière automatique.

Configuration externe à la PR:

  • Configuration de l'authent pour faire la publication programmatique (voir le guide https://developer.chrome.com/docs/webstore/using-api)
  • Configuration d'un environnement Github Chrome Web Store
    • associé aux tag webext-v*
    • qui défini les secrets: CHROME_CLIENT_ID, CHROME_CLIENT_SECRET, CHROME_REFRESH_TOKEN
  • Configuration d'une "protection rule" pour limiter la création de tag webext-v* au admin
