Added PGO sampling
Added mostly static compilation

Check List:

• Tests pass (./test.sh <username> shows no differences between expected and actual outputs)
• All formatting changes by the build are committed
• Your launch script is named calculate_average_<username>.sh (make sure to match casing of your GH user name) and is executable
• Output matches that of calculate_average_baseline.sh

Needs a static zlib
Package: zlib-static for CentOS Stream

Can't really test this...
Error: DARWIN does not support building static executable images.

If it works, sure, why not; perhaps create an own version of my code and run that, feel free to try @QBos07
