KaraokePy - Karaoke Application

A Kivy-based karaoke application that plays music videos based on entered song codes.

Prerequisites

• Python 3.x
• Kivy framework
• ffpyplayer (for video playback)

Installation

1. Install Python dependencies:

   pip install kivy
   pip install ffpyplayer
   

2. Download the required video files from the following link: Link: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AjPqcObKBiJptWbagSGi-zwZoO22?e=h9tJs3

3. Extract the downloaded files and place them in the program directory.

How to Run

1. Navigate to the project directory:

   cd KaraokePy-final--main
   

2. Run the application:

   python KaraokePy.py
   

Usage

• The application will start with an intro screen
• Enter one of the valid song codes in the lobby screen
• The corresponding music video will play
• Use the pause/play and stop buttons to control playback

Troubleshooting

• If videos don't play, ensure ffpyplayer is properly installed
• Make sure all video files are in the correct res/videos/ directory
• If you encounter any issues, check the console output for error messages
