Addressed Devin's finding in 4f4348c.

Python does not have the same issue: RoomSessionTransport is only wired into SessionHost from AgentSession, and there is no Python RemoteSession.fromRoom client path using that transport. In agents-js, RoomSessionTransport is now asymmetric: the SessionHost path requires canManageAgentSession, while RemoteSession.fromRoom preserves linked-participant routing for the agent peer.
