- add `PaArchivePath.IsValidSegment`, `TryValidateSegment`, `TryMakeValidSegment` - remove unneeded `IMsappArchive` - remove `MsappArchive.TryMakeSafeForEntryPathSegment` and `IsSafeForEntryPathSegment` as these are moved to `PaArchivePath`. - added additional tests and cases to cover allowing more characters Co-authored-by: Copilot <copilot@github.com>
