Add radii workload#1582
Conversation
The workload is only for CentOS Stream, as the radii package, although open source, does not meet the criteria for inclusion in Fedora.

In this case it needs to be a placeholder in ELN so that we track it for RHEL 11.

Please name the eln config without the -eln qualifier, and rename the c10s config with a -c10s suffix.
Is this package intended for all arches, or just some (given this is nvidia-related)? If just some, this needs to be adjusted accordingly.
What is the reason for this? The repository uses both conventions and I prefer the naming with -eln suffix.
All arches. |

This is the convention that has been established for this repository, the reason being that CS branches off of ELN, not the other way around. The use of the -eln suffix is very limited and for specific reasons which do not apply here. |

In general I agree. But in this particular case, CS is the primary source of the workload, and ELN is merely a placeholder, branched of CS. |

I have merged this manually in conformance with the stated guidelines. In the future, please assure that contributions conform accordingly. |
The radii package does not meet the criteria for inclusion in Fedora, hence 2 separate workloads.
