Implement Baidu Qianfan AI adapter

Summary

• replace the Baidu Qianfan placeholder with a real OpenAI-compatible chat-completions adapter
• use Qianfan v2's documented https://qianfan.baidubce.com/v2/chat/completions route with QIANFAN_API_KEY Bearer auth and optional appid
• support dry-run, system/user messages, max_tokens, temperature, extra request fields, usage mapping, text-choice fallback, custom baseUrl, and provider error excerpts

Validation

• pnpm vitest run packages/ai/baidu/src/index.test.ts (6 tests)
• pnpm --filter @profullstack/sh1pt-ai-baidu typecheck
• pnpm --filter @profullstack/sh1pt-ai-baidu build
• git diff --check
• common secret-pattern scan over packages/ai/baidu found no matches
